Villa Roqueta de Siller is a spacious, airy, indipendent villa with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, extensive living areas and wide private gardens. Modernly designed and cleverly equipped with all the essential amenities such as air-conditioning, Villa Roca De Siller is set to impress for its character and attractive quality.
Inside the villa is set over 2 floors and features large windows to enjoy all the glorious sunshine of Mallorca. Spacious shaded terraces surround the house for excellent al-fresco dining opportunities.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living and dining area, perfectly furnished and equipped with sofas, dining table, wi-fi internet, flat screen satellite TV, DVD player, music system. Big patio doors lead to the pool area, making this area full of natural light. The separate, purposedly built kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of any kinds of meals: hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. On the ground floor there is also a welcoming double bedroom (air-conditioned) opening straight to the garden and provided with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms (both twins, air-conditioned) as well as a spacious family bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn and Mediterranean shrubs: the ideal place for a relaxing day under the sun! Or for a delicious barbecue (brick built barbecue is available). The private swimming pool, accessed via Roman steps, measures 8m x 4m (depth is between 1m and 2m) is a true oasis of peace and tranquillity. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided for the guests, but with the attractive of the stunning sandy beach and promenade of Puerto Pollensa less than 15 min walk away, the choice will be hard: pool or "playa"?
