To start your day off on the right foot, enjoy your breakfast on the balcony of this holiday home with a magnificent view of the nature of the Saint-Chinian region. Or, enjoy an aperitif later in the day with delicious fish grills thanks to the large stone barbecue. Prades is a charming village in Languedoc, located 5 km from Saint-Chinian (where the Sunday morning market is very popular), 30 minutes from the city of Béziers and about 40 minutes from the beach. In Roquebrun (15 minutes by car) and Cessenon-sur-Orb (10 minutes), several beaches line the river for pretty picnics. Discover this region dominated by the spirit of local classified wine: the AOC St-Chinian. From the village, follow beautiful walks and bike rides. For children, there are many activities to enjoy within a radius of about 35 km: a water park, the beach, a mini farm, horse or donkey rides, bicycles for rent, amusement park, animal park, aquarium... The traditional village festival takes place on the 3rd weekend in July and the last weekend in August, to end the season! Enter this house from the first floor, with the entrance, the living/dining room, and the semi open and very practical kitchen. From the entrance, take a wooden staircase to the night area on the ground floor, with its French windows and a terrace that leads directly to the pool.
