The fully stocked galley style kitchen has been updated with custom kitchen cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen even offers a breakfast/coffee table for two. From the Kitchen, step outside to the screened porch which has a outdoor dining set with seating for 4. Get cozy in the ample sized living room featuring exposed wood beams, tongue and groove ceiling, HD cable TV and a fireplace. Guests of the Mermaid Cottage will be treated to three comfortable bedrooms featuring TV's in each bedroom.
This home shares access to the on property 800 square foot (40'x20') swimming pool, regulation size sand volleyball court and children's playground swing and slide set. These amenities are shared amenities with the other two cottages on The Compound property.
