About this place
You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Located in Historic South. I have 3 cozy rooms, The Sunflower Room, Orchid Room & Magnolia Room. Guests are invited to enjoy a light breakfast and coffee/tea. Snacks and home baked treats always available too! Enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch! We are convenient to downtown, Seneca Lake, many wineries and breweries as well as amazing waterfalls and hiking! Restaurants within walking distance. Pets welcome! Kid friendly too!
The space
Each room is equipped with a queen bed, desk, chair, full length mirror, TV, closet and suitcase rack. Wifi available. There is a common breakfast area at the top of the stairs that boasts 2 coffee machines, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, utensils etc. as well as fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, bread for toasting, homemade goodies, yogurt and juices. Guests access a full bath with shower and jetted tub as well as a half bath. Rocking chairs on the front porch are for guests to enjoy.

Guests are welcome to use the upstairs common breakfast area and laundry which is in the half bath.
During your stay
I love to greet my guests so that I can explain all the perks and answer any questions. I also enjoy sharing coffee and conversation in the morning over a light breakfast. There may be time that I’m not able to greet guests or see them off so I do have a lock box and instructions on check in and check out procedures.
