The Bellevue Farm estate is a combination of two homes located on the same 10 acre, sun drenched estate. The Farm House is a three bedroom home with a maximum occupancy of 9 and the Beach House is a four bedroom home with a maximum occupancy of 12. The Property is truly unique unreplicable in modern times.

Feel free to help yourself to any of the produce growing in the estates garden or pick apples, pears and plums from the orchard.

Summary: The property is beautiful and location wonderful. However the beach house residents cannot approach or access the water due to an ongoing property dispute with neighbors. The beach house sleeping capacity includes a sleep couch in the middle of the single common living space and locked bedding. The indoor bathroom has an open window without glass allowing the sounds of the bathroom to be heard by all. The outdoor access to second bathroom and upstairs bedroom is inconvenient. Amenities and patio, hot tub and grill are all great. Farm house furnishing is shabby but functional.
