This is a renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath (plus an enclosed outside shower) home with all the comforts for your family to enjoy. A new larger kitchen with all new appliances, including a dishwasher. The Cape May Villas is just minutes to Cape May beaches or the Wildwoods for your enjoyment. You can also just relax steps away at the Delaware Bay beach under your umbrella, and enjoy the ocean breeze. After a hot day at the beach your family can come back and cool off in the pool with its own deck. Walk to our Sunset Beach, just steps from our home and enjoy incredible sunsets each night, or take a day off from the beach and enjoy the calm bay beach.
The pool is fully enclosed with a safety fence and a self closing safety gate. The yard has plenty of room for your children to play in the fenced in yard, and to your relaxing experience. Own a kayak, sunfish or canoe, bring it with you, as you are steps from the bay, with a beautiful beach.
For birders you are steps from the Delaware Bay beach, which is a treasure chest for bird watching, and minutes to the Cape May Bird Observatory. You are also minutes away from the Wetlands Institute in Stone Harbor and the Cape May County Zoo.
Cook out on the grill, have dinner pool side, then walk down to the bay beach and enjoy the beautiful sunset!! We are 2 houses away from the the bay beach. This home is situated on a quiet street where you can enjoy bike riding any time of the day.
