This cottage backs up to the Gulf State Park with beach-sand and recreation area as its backyard. This home features upscale island decor with shiplap walls, plantation shutters, quartz counter tops, ice machine and large walk-in showers. Your family and friends will be living-in-style while enjoying all the comforts of today's best technology and vacationing comforts. Every room is equipped with wall mounted TV's with DIRECTV and FREE wireless internet service throughout the home.
The Master Bedroom and bath space looks out onto the wooded park with a large walk-in master closet. You also get a view of the pool area through the live oaks that surround the property.
The second floor begins from the beautifully placed stair case leading to its 2-BR and oversized full bath. The most treasured room is our "Tower" room with 2-queen beds, 14' ceilings and boating style decor. This is one of the two bedroom's with access to the large sundeck and its pool view, park view and glimpses of the Gulf. The 3rd bedroom encompasses a king size bed. All bedrooms include nice size closets with plenty of space and built-in cubby's.
Bring your bikes or you can rent them and Golf Carts right down the Beach road from Tannin or have them delivered! You have immediate access to miles of paved biking and walking trails with wooden bridges and plenty of wildlife and picnic areas. Take a quick look online at "Back Country Trail" website for more details. Your bike can easily get you to Tannin's beach access point directly across the beach Hwy at its West Entrance or just a short walk. Look for the small TANNIN beach access sign on the white fence. The cottage is located in the back of Tannin by the pool. Take a ride on the bike path along side the main beach road to get to convenient stores, restaurants, beach shopping and the popular public Beach Pavilian less than a mile west of Tannin. Also, a great idea is to rent a golf cart. They will deliver it right to the cottage.
