Welcome to the Winstead Lake House Rental hope you enjoy your stay we have been doing some updating
I’ve painted the kitchen cabinets which makes it look much brighter, put new light fixtures up in kitchen & dinning area. We put an electric fireplace in the living room you can enjoy on a cool day to be good an cozy. We will be putting a shower out back of the rental that I think will be nice. We have put in new windows an new sliding doors. Have painted the outside gray trimmed in white looks great so much brighter an neat.
You can sit on the large deck an enjoy looking at the lake an the mountains. You can walk or drive down to the dock an sit under the canopy or sit in the sun on a lounger while the kiddos or you if you want can slide down the slide to cool off in the lake. When your done with the lake you can go back to the rental cookout on the gas or charcoal grill. Sit an enjoy your evening on the deck or go shopping. Lots of shopping in Morristown, drive to Great Smokie Mountains enjoying beauty of there mountain there. Go golfing 10 minutes from the rental. Go kayaking in the lake. Build a fire in the fire pit out back fixing s’mores making memories with family an friends.
We live next door so if you need us or have a problem we can take care of what you need. We furnish all linens, towels,(please bring your own towels for the lake) blankets to snuggle. Kitchen is well stocked with pots an pan Just bring your paper goods an you are set. ( paper towels- toilet tissue - paper plates )
Huff’s German Creek Marina is close by you can see it from the rental. They have pontoon boats to rent if you need to. You can dock your boat at our dock. We have water an electric out bank of the rental an good parking for the fishermen.
