Serene covered back patio where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets, while watching the birds and bunnies play on the golf course. Unbeatable location 10 minutes from the Cardinals State Farm Stadium, close to Peoria Sports Complex, Arrowhead Mall, Tanger Outlet stores and many world class restaurants. Within walking distance to golf course, recreation centers and library.
This lovely home has a large living space with a nice dining area that over looks the golf course. The Master bedroom has a king bed with a walk in closet and master bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom is set up with a trundle bed. There is T.V. in the entertainment room as well as the master bedroom that is set up with Cox cable and internet. There is also a washer and drier included.

Summary: We really enjoyed the area from the closeness to Sun City rec centers, hiking and all things Phoenix to sitting on the back covered patio watching incredible sunsets. Lots of animals to watch up close. The orange tree was a plus! The amenities in the house were perfect for us. We liked that there were some condiments and spices to start out. Cindy was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.
