The Blue Valley Estate is a unique and tranquil 22-acre retreat with panoramic views in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Surrounded by the Nantahala National Forest, hiking is right out your front door. Downtown Highlands, renowned for its fine dining and shopping, is just a short drive away.
Our "Estate Cottage" is a spacious and bright 2-bedroom with a charming outdoor porch and fire pit area. We invite guests of the cottage to enjoy all the amenities of the Estate House (see below).*** please note,
this is a summer cabin with no AC, ceiling fans and box fans only.
THE SPACE
INSIDE:
The living room features a 65" TV, couch, and lounge chair, opening up to a 4-person farm-style dining table.
King Sized Suite with memory foam mattress and luxury bamboo sheets, 50” TV with streaming access, private bathroom, private closet with hangers, suitcase holder, and extra pillows.
The second bedroom features a bunk room with TV and Roku access, green tea-infused memory foam mattresses, and luxury bamboo sheets - 1 full / 1 twin-sized.
OUTSIDE:
The cottage porch has a comfortable swing on one end and a dining area on the other. A few steps away, tucked into the woods, is a private fire pit area with Adirondack chairs and adjustable mood lighting.

Blue Valley is surrounded by the Nantahala National Forest and Game Lands, with endless hiking trails, special access to Glen falls, and is an incredible area for mountain biking.
