There is a guest house on property that is rented out separately , if needed, this guest house accommodates 2 more people. This home is newly remodeled, private, peaceful historic home with an urban modern twist. Located in Central Phoenix close to several downtown sports venues, The Phoenix art District museums, Saturday morning Phoenix Farmers Market, and the light rail, centered in the heart of the Coronado Historic District. The space
The home has just been remodeled with was completed just a few months ago . It has an open floor plan with very unique furniture and home features. We kept some historic features the home had but added a modern touch to this home! The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub and shower with dual shower heads with unique tile that gives it a special touch. The kitchen has a refrigerator , microwave, electric water kettle, and kruig coffee maker. Home has a ironing board and iron for your convenience. the cabinets are equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils for all cooking needs. The rooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses with will give u a comfortable sleeping experience. The home has a coffee and tea station to get you going in the morning and a small table in the kitchen nook so that u can enjoy your morning coffee. Living room and bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs . The property has shared spaces with the casita in the back . But the casita does have its own private entrance . The shared spaces would be the back yard , covered patio , grilling area and the laundry room which is located outside in a basement area of the of the home separate from the home .

Summary: This was our second time renting this home in Phoenix. I love everything about this home. It's spacious, yet cozy. The updates and decor are really nice! Since we have stayed here a couple of times it kind of feels like our home away from home now. The location is perfect! Easy to get to and from the airport as well as many major highways. Lots of great restaurants close by. Karen is incredibly responsive and just genuinely nice. She tries to accommodate every need. Thanks for making our weekend trip fantastic!
