Summary: The Casita seems like a cute decorating project for a young folks studio apartment. Platform bed and all. Comfortable enough. Whether you use the off street parking spot or not, access to and from the property is with a locked heavy metal gate. It appears that the main house and Casita were bought and rehabbed specifically for short term rental in a currently developing neighborhood.
