NO SMOKING POLICY STRICTLY ENFORCED! Property is NOT child or baby-proof in ANY way. There are steps leading to a loft with railing. There is a porch with no railing. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injury, or death.
The property is a cottage surrounded by woods. We do have a bug service, but cannot guarantee a bug will not get into the house. We have left a can of spray under the kitchen sink for your use but accept NO responsibility for its use or misuse, including as it pertains to children.
