Welcome to 9 Julia Drive. A cozy 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom House located in Beach Haven West (Stafford Township) across the bay from Long Beach Island. The house sits on the second Lagoon in from Manahawkin Bay. Just a stones throw from the Island with quick access to the Rt 72 Causeway Bridge. Open concept living on the first floor, Modern kitchen, Central Air and first and second floor Bedrooms . Off street Parking, Gas cooking and Hot water, Direct TV and Wi-fi access
Other things to note
I start the listings on Sunday with an evening check in of 5 pm and run them through Sunday morning with a 9 am checkout time This assures there is plenty of time for me to inspect the home and make sure it is clean, restocked, and ready for the next guests. If your stay starts during a week day (off season) AM check in is Available. Multiple week stays are available by request.

Summary: This was our first time staying off the island and we thoroughly enjoyed the sunsets on the bay!! The host, Matt, was most accommodating and was easily accessible, and answered all of our questions promptly even prior to our arrival.. the fact that he allowed our small Pomeranian to enjoy our family vacation is most appreciated!!
