Beautiful view of the Appalachian mountains, large yard with fire pit, full length front porch, back deck and huge pavilion for parking or picnics. Family and Pet friendly with fenced side yard. Great location for Penn State football games and other events, business trips, family vacations and fly fishing.
The house offers plenty of space to eat, sleep and relax. Full kitchen with large fridge, microwave, propane stove, electric oven, great water (No sulfur), two full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living room with couch and Dish Tv.
Master Bedroom and second bedroom each offer queen beds

Summary: We had an absolute wonderful stay! The house seems small from the outside, but boy was there tons of room inside. The house was very clean and had everything that you will need. We had some family dinners around the large table and outside on the back deck. The night was filled with fires in the large fire pit. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were comfortable. It was very nice having linens (beds already made) and towels. The bathtub was my daughter’s favorite! She could lay back and not be scrunched up. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to make a big meal. Garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, and laundry pods were all provided. We were 30 minutes from State College and enjoyed some delicious ice cream. We also drove to the scenic overlook which was about 5-10 minutes away with a spectacular view. Also, lots of fishing near by. No complaints, was a wonderful weekend and will definitely be back!
