Summary: Great location for ASU downtown campus, within walking distance to campus, downtown and metro in nice, quiet neighborhood. Great unit for 2 people. Pull out bed was reasonably comfortable, but could use a new mattress as it’s a bit of a taco as you both end up sliding to the middle of the bed. Would definitely stay here again.
