Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The place was clean comfortable in nice area. However. Only owner could control heat and air conditioning. Very inconvient when its winter in florida. The manager was not easy to reach. I was locked out one whole night due to extending stay and not recieving a new code for the door. The house was well stocked, allowed my dogs, and nieghborhood was quiet and friendly.. they have high fees for animals, early check in and late check out. However i would stay again.

Negative: High fees for check in /out and pets. Unable to control temperature setting. Difficult to reach manager.
