The beach and entertainment just a short walk away, and a beautiful large deck across the street over Lake Winnipesaukee that you can swim off of and/or jump in off the diving board, enjoy our kayaks (2) and a blow-up paddleboard, take in the gorgeous views, watch all the fun activity on the water, the gazebo, and SO much more! We own this deck and it is shared with the house next door and no one else. There are also lots of great restaurants, ice cream places & miniature golf that are all walking distance from the cottage. *Must climb stairs to get to dock or walk down street and back which will take about 10 minutes vs 3-5 minutes using path/stairs*

Summary: I had a fantastic time; I can't say enough. I got a chance to meet the owners as they were using their other property and were in the lake. I got a chance to get into the lake, and it was just amazing. I only with that it was the beginning of the summer so that I could again this summer, stay longer, and get into the lake more. This is a hidden gem, and the house they own on the street is also owned by them. The cottage was perfect for me, one queen bed to enjoy. A family with two kids could stay in there, and larger families could rent the house. I know the skies are gray, they were Wednesday where the temperatures were colder. I swam Tuesday, the air temperature was 71, while the lake was 77. Words can't describe how this place was after making myself take a vacation in over 25 years. I can't wait to vacation here again, and it's a great break from teaching.
