Featuring a king-size bed, full bathroom and private deck, the home offers modern farmhouse-charm and a salute to the many fantastic vineyards and wineries nearby.
Modern amenities abound including a 50-inch smart TV, USB outlets and a luggage rack. The kitchenette is well-appointed with an induction cooktop, Keurig-style coffee maker, microwave, electric skillet, refrigerator with small freezer, pots, dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking/grilling utensils. Netflix is provided free of charge to guests.
The cottage is situated on 10+ acres of land, offering ample opportunities for star-gazing and wildlife viewing. A shared gazebo, lovingly referred to as the Party Barn, provides guests with an outdoor dining table, 2 stainless steel propane gas grills, a propane gas fire pit, and plenty of seating for gathering with friends and family!
