Welcome to our 2 story modern cabin, newly built on 5 wooded acres. Our cabin backs up to a mountain, great for outdoor activities. Hyner View, Hyner state park, Bloody skillet, Sproul Run are all in close vicinity. Even ATV trails, and hundreds of miles of hiking trails, are all only a short distance away. The living room has cathedral ceilings with oversized windows, great for star gazing. Includes a couch large enough to sleep on. On the 1st floor bedroom, it contains 3 twin bunk beds. The 2nd floor bedroom contains a queen bed, along with a loft containing a futon bed. There are 2 full bathrooms total. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all pots, pans, dishes, utensils with a microwave, air fryer, oven, Keurig, toaster, all included. There is a rear patio under a roof for all your outdoor activities. Wifi is available at the cabin (with access to YouTube, Netflix, etc), with 3 large screen TV’s. There is a washer and dryer on the 1st floor. Outside the cabin, you will find a BBQ grill, fire pit, with chairs and an outdoor couch for s’mores galore. Firewood is supplied for the firepit. Home is septic/well so please use with care. Extra blowup mattress is in the 2nd story bedroom! Home has radiant floor heating as well as a propane fireplace on the 1st floor and a A/C mini split on the 2nd floor. As well as ceiling fans in every room. Come create new memories while you hunt, fish, hike, ATV. EV CHARGER AVAILABLE, MUST BRING OWN CABLE. If you love the outdoors, this is the cabin for you!
