Summary: We stayed at the property for 2 weeks and had a great stay! We had an issue with the fire alarm overnight one of the first nights of our stay but they were prompt to come out and fix right away. The house was recently redone and the cleaning crew does a great job! The house was spotless when we walked in. The description does say that Miramar beach is a 5 min walk which isn’t the case. Miramar is a lot further. However you are right on Crystal Beach. There are two small public beach sections. And you can rent chairs and an umbrella from the private beach sections. We rented a tent, 2 chairs and a beach wagon from Emerald Coast premier Rentals and everything was great, reasonably priced and easy to work with. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area!
