With over 3,500 square feet of beautifully appointed living space, this three-story home is packed with ultra-modern upgrades including an all-suite layout (three of the en-suite bathrooms have a luxurious jetted tub), a gourmet chef’s kitchen, and stunning design elements like wide-plank hardwood floors and granite counters throughout.
Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, you’re right next to the national park with miles of scenic hiking and biking trails. An array of dining and shopping options, as well as all-season activity at Breckenridge Ski Resort, are approximately 15 minutes away by car.
Ceilings soar in the Great Room, detailed with huge windows and a stately gas fireplace. Stretch out on the sectional, armchair, or sofa and watch shows on a 65” smart TV.
