Fully equipped kitchenette with oversize mini-fridge, convection microwave, induction plate, Keurig, coffee station with assortment of flavored coffees, teas, syrups, and sweeteners. Efficient, small bath with fully tiled shower. Oversized clothes closet. Peaceful, private patio with bistro set and fountain. Beautiful, quiet yard with premium furnishings and ambient lighting.

This space is unique because, unlike most other AirBnBs offered in the area, it has completely separate, dedicated, and secure parking (off alley) for 1 car, back yard entrance, AND food delivery entrance (with doorbell!). You'll never need to worry about someone blocking your car, having to accept and transfer deliveries for you, or even walking by your door (unless the owner is out watering the plants and maintaining the fountain).

Many guests have commented on the bed (a super comfortable Purple 3 Hybrid), sheets (Egyptian Cotton 650 thread count), towels (Turkish Cotton), and more. This is not your average AirBnB.

In addition, the renovated patio space is truly a desert oasis filled with multiple varieties of fruit trees, cacti, succulents, and flowering plants. There's even real grass! The pergola that shades the casita entrance is covered with jasmine vines.

The owner and her mother do their best to offer guests as much privacy as possible. You can open your blinds and/or front windows to enjoy the sound of the fountain and/or ambient lights. You're welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee, perhaps even the wood burning fire pit on cool nights, on the large shared patio.
