Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac road just minutes away from the North & South Lake with a professionally landscaped backyard. Our beautiful spacious home is designed for comfort and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a gas stove, and lots of cabinets. The huge granite island boasts plenty of space to host and seat additional guests along with a kitchen table that will seat 8. There is a built-in secretary desk to keep all your events in order.
The great room flows from the kitchen and includes a gas fireplace and mini bar. The mini bar is fully stocked with a sink, mini refrigerator, blender, and glasses. Relax in comfortable leather couches or reclining chairs and enjoy the 75-inch HDTV with DVR, and Bose Sound System. A large sliding glass door opens to expand your outdoor, entertainment.
If you desire a quiet place, there is a large living room with vaulted ceilings adjoining a formal dining room that will seat 10. Cozy couches and chairs allow you to relax with a book or have a great conversation. Oversized windows look to the tranquil backyard. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, and wood blinds throughout the house.
The layout of the house includes 1 queen bedroom downstairs with a full ensuite bathroom. Laundry room with front load washer/dryer and an additional refrigerator if you need extra space for food.
