A Bunk Room has 6 twin beds with its own huge bathroom attached. The Kitchen/Great Room on the 3rd floor opens to a spacious deck with its own outdoor kitchen including built-in grill and fridge. The Kitchen includes Viking appliances, a full-size wine/beverage cooler, and ice maker, Ceiling speakers on the 3rd floor are powered by Sonos for easy music streaming. The Pool is heated per your request, lighted at night, and great seating for lounging in the pool into the night! The screened-in back porch has another outdoor kitchen with built-in grill and fridge, The 3rd floor deck has spiral stairs leading to the crow's nest for amazing views of Grayton and the water.
