The upstairs has two bedrooms, the master which has a queen bed and private balcony and a second bedroom with two twin bed and one queen bed. Both rooms have smart TV’s. There is also a full bath. The main floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and a den with a pull out sofa (full) a full bath and the kitchen dining area with large table. Sliders out the the deck. Home also has central air. Washer and dryer downstairs. Basement partially finished with a pullout queen sofa and 55 inch TV. Fire pit in the backyard. Our community offers a private beach for members and guests, boat launch, tennis courts, basketball courts and playground. Located minutes away to many local amenities including Castle in the Clouds. Also convenient to local ski areas such as Gunstock and Cranmore. Easy access to lake and trails for snowmobiles.
