Summary: Overall very positive experience. Great location and loved the onsite parking. The toys and childrens items were super helpful. My husband and son LOVED the old school arcade Pac-Man game. House is definitely well used and could use some TLC. I demolished my toes more than once on the oddly sized bottom step going upstairs. The bar top counter in the kitchen seemed like it would break and fall off with the slightest touch and was propped up with wooden shims making it slant down and not be secured at all. The closet doors were all taken off and placed in the closets which made them difficult to access (i think because the floors were just replaced).Communication was great. Super easy to walk to downtown area. Decent amount of homeless in the area but we were never bothered. High volume fire station right across the street was a giant hit with my son and we weren't bothered by the tones going off or sirens but I could see how it would be a negative for some. Would stay here again if in Nashville with family again.
