• A main floor master bedroom with a king-size bed, a smart TV with free streaming channels, sliding patio doors lead you directly to the pool and views of the golf course. Enjoy a generously-sized bathroom with granite countertops, double sinks, a large soaking tub, separate shower and water closet room. Additionally, the master features a good size walk-in closet.
• Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms and a full bath with granite countertops, double sinks and a bath/shower combination. Second-floor bedrooms feature:
o A king-size bed with a smart TV with free streaming channels and views of the golf course
o Two single beds perfect for the little ones and includes children’s books
o A queen-size bed and large walk-in closet
Part of the lanai is covered and offers 24/hour shade and cover from the sun. Under cover is a dining area for up to 6 people. The pool area has open views of green #5. There is a bubble spa attached to the pool and three sun loungers to enjoy. The pool and spa can be heated for an extra cost.
This home graciously provides: a sleep playpen, stroller, booster seat, bed nightguard, child-gate, pool alarm sensors on patio doors, beach chairs, beach toys, beach bags, insulated cooler bag, cooler, rain ponchos, air pump, cleaning supplies, Dyson vacuum, extra bedding and over 120 DVD’s, boxed games and jigsaw puzzles for rainy days.
