This open & spacious home includes exposed wood beams, open floor plan, living room with double height ceilings and french doors that lead to a large stone patio that overlooks the beautiful country setting and 16x36' heated pool. The house has lots of charm & character, if you prefer new construction this probably isn't the house for you.
4 bedrooms, 2 baths and large den with a sleeper sofa:
Bedroom 1 - 1 King Bed with open loft office separated by sliding barn door
Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Bed and desk (first floor)
Bedroom 4 - 1 King bed & 1 Twin Bed (that can be used for sleeping or lounging) Great space for the nanny or in-laws.
Den - Den has its own separate entrance and Queen sleeper sofa. This room works off a separate Heat/AC and stays a little cooler than the rest of the house.

Summary: Really comfortable house, with all the things you need for a great Hamptons summer stay: pool, air conditioning, and central Water Mill location (accessible to Southampton and Bridgehampton). Jo was an incredibly responsive host.
