Located in the quiet, wooded and very exclusive Henlopen Acres just three minutes by foot from our beautiful private beach. Featuring an artfully decorated large living room including an antique 1906 pool table, separate dining room, large kitchen, 1st floor master suite with bathroom, two additional bedrooms with 1 queen & 1 twin bed, and 2 twin beds & 2 bunk twin beds with bathroom. Sleeps 10. There is an attached large "annex" with king size bed, bath room, sitting area with roll out king size bed, large washer and drier and fridge. There are 3 large flat screen TVs with Premium Package cable and a blue-ray player for indoor entertainment. A new air conditioning system was installed in October, 2020. Large yard and lovely private wooded patio with two grills. Watch herons and geese out of the back door. Plenty of off-street parking that makes it easy for families to come and go as they please. Security monitored neighborhood.

Beach chairs, outdoor shower and 2 bikes are available for use. Nearby tennis courts are also available for those sporting enthusiasts. Enjoy a walk to downtown Rehoboth's upscale shopping and some of the finest restaurants in the area, or treat the kids to a night of boardwalk fun, with rides and games for all ages. Hop the Jolly Trolley into Dewey Beach for bay sports and night life, or come visit the historic town of Lewes, located just a short 5 miles north.
