The elegantly furnished house is located in the middle of the old town of Ericeira in a quiet neighborhood. The paved lane that leads to the house has virtually only adjacent traffic. The northern beach (praia do norte) can be reached in two minutes on foot and the fishing beach (praia dos pescadores) is also only a few minutes away, to mention only the closest beaches. Grocery stores, bakery, restaurants, cafes, bars or disco are also all within short walking distance. Who plans a holiday only in Ericeira, therefore, actually does not need a rental car.
The house has 2 floors and a nice roof terrace with sea views. On the ground floor is the kitchen, a comfortable sofa invites you to make yourself comfortable after a long day at the beach.
