It’s a very quiet and private house located on a culde-sac. It has great views, and is very close to a local Walmart. Sunland Park racetrack and casino is nearby as well as state line which is a great place to enjoy a nice meal. The house has a private putting green in the backyard for guest enjoyment and entertainment.

The backyard is private and offers great views. The front yard looks out onto mt. Cristo Rey which is a beautiful view of the mountains
