This charming home has over 2900 sq ft of living space inclusive of a main house and a guest suite with a separate entrance.
While the garage is at street level, the house is accessible through a flight of stairs down behind the garage.
Main House:
=========
The Main House has 3 floors. Guests enter through the entrance on the first floor that opens into a dining space(seats 8), a living area overlooking the backyard and the lake, and a staircase to the upper floors. The first floor also features a nook(seats 4), a fully equipped kitchen(microwave, espresso machine, blender, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator) and a powder room(toilet with a bidet). The backyard is accessible through a spiral staircase from the deck to the back of the first floor.
There is a pantry that we use for restocking supplies, and hence do not make available for guest use.
The second floor features an oversized master bedroom with a plush King size bed, a 50” LED 4K Smart TV tucked inside the closet, a workspace desk and chair, and an electric fireplace. The bedroom overlooks the backyard and the serene lake. You will also find a walk-in closet that opens from the master bedroom as well as from an adjoining oversized bathroom.
A bedroom with a queen size bed is also located on this second floor.
The oversized bath on the main floor has a bathtub, dual standing showers, a toilet with a bidet, and two sinks. It also has a stackable washer and dryer. You’ll find basic essentials and toiletries in a small closet of a standing shelf in this bathroom.
The third floor is an attic loft with a huge 65” TV for your entertainment, a gym bicycle, and a mini fridge to enjoy drinks as you binge shows. The attic sofa converts to an oversize queen bed. Please remember to pull out the mattress topper and sheets from the coffee table storage if you were to use the pull-out bed.
The third floor attic has an additional desk space with a small window that provides a lake view. The loft also has an additional full bathroom with basic necessities like shampoo, conditioner, body-wash, hand-soap, bath and hand towels.
Guest suite, separate entry:

The house features a separate guest suite that has a private entrance from the backyard. The guest suite has its own kitchenette that is equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. The suite is equipped with a bigger washer and dryer unit, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a plush queen size bed, and a sliding closet for clothes.
The living area has a Rove Concepts sofa that can extend to an oversized queen bed, and a 65” smart TV. Mattress topper and sheets available in the closets in the living area.
Backyard, lake access:

The backyard has a gas bbq grill for use by guests. Grill utensils are available inside the grill drawers. There is an outdoor dining space(seats 6) under an LED lit pergola for enjoying your bbqs. Enjoy the waves hit the bank, or sea-planes take off, as you relax on the outdoor sectional sofa(comfortably seats 5) by the gas fire-tables.
The backyard also has an infinity 8 person hot-tub, and a spa-like shower, to wash up before entering into the hot-tub.
Two paddle-boards, one tandem, and two single-person kayaks, are available at additional charge, along with life vests, if you’d like to make the most of your lakeside oasis. Please reach out for details.
