Summary: We booked this VRBO for the location and the fact that we are a family of 3 generations, 6 people total ranging in age from 20 - 82. We have rented many VRBO homes in the past. We need 3 separate bedrooms and at least 2 bathrooms, plus a full kitchen and laundry. This rental was very clean, the sheets and towels looked like new!! You could tell maintenance and attention to details had been taken in the main living area and the bedrooms. The kitchen had most of the basics and the bathrooms were adequate, but these areas looked a little worn and needed maintenance. The biggest issue we faced was the lack of AC in the main living areas! There are only AC units in the bedrooms, so when the doors are closed there is no AC in the other areas. On a positive note, we cook more than half of our meals for the week at the house and eat out a few times, it was nice that we had a propane grill outside and a nice stove to cook on. Grocery stores and anything you might need is a very short drive away! Unfortunately, we would not stay here again in the summer unless the AC was updated.
