Misty Mountain is a special enchanting cabin in Scaly Mountain, close to Highlands. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage has an inviting, light & bright interior, with room for 6. Two King Rooms,the primary suite having an attached en-suite+2 twin beds in third room.Outdoors is just as special with dining, fire pit and picturesque front porch with rockers. Location is easily accessible with paved roads to the drive. Wifi, stocked kitchen, wood burning stove, and gorgeous quiet peaceful setting. Pets & Families welcome.
As you approach Misty Mountain Cottage you see beautiful landscaping & an inviting front porch, with rocking chairs ready to rock away your stress & worries away and welcome you to the mountains.
As you enter the front door you are greeted by a light bright updated fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a sitting area with wood burning stove for the crisp mountain evenings. The kitchen opens into a living and dining room, with a sectional sofa and large screen tv. A laundry room area is also on this side of the home w/ front loading stackable washer and dryer.
To the right of the entry way you will find the three bedrooms. The first bedroom is comfortable for all ages including children, it has a twin daybed with a twin size trundle. Just across the hall from this bedroom is a full bathroom, with a shower/tub combo that has been updated and refreshed. Located conveniently next to the bathroom is a bedroom with King Size Bed, closet and window to the backyard.
Located at the end of the hallway is the primary suite, it's a spacious bedroom with a King Size Bed, along with a full ensuite bathroom, with shower/tub combo and double vanity. The light and airy cottage feel is woven all the throughout the home and into this cozy primary suite.
All linens are included, soft cozy linens on all beds, towels, wash clothes, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the showers. Bathrooms both have blowdryers and starters of toilet paper. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots & pan, kuerig coffee machine (coffee bar with pods, assorted creamers, and sugar), baking dishes, silverware, glasses, cups, and place settings for 6.
Outside be prepared to enjoy the amazing mountain air and the great outdoors. Outside the back door off the living/dining room is a deck with sitting & outdoor dining space. Perfect for wine & snacks in the evening, or coffee and breakfast in the morning. Off the deck is a quiet, peaceful, serene and enchanting backyard along with a fire pit area with chairs. A BBQ grill is also available for use.
