Summary: Nice location in Phoenix, and a comfortable townhouse. Communication with the owner was terrific and we appreciated when they brought a new microwave as it was helpful in meal preparation. The A/C is very noisy but fortunately closing the bedroom doors at night helped. Our only suggestions would be to stock the kitchen with more silverware, plates, bowls, glasses and cups and microwave dishes as all of that was very limited.
