This property is the perfect retreat for family and friends , who wish to relax and take a break from their daily routines, as well as for traveling groups on the lookout for a homebase during their adventures, exploring the Grand Canyon, Walnut Canyon, Sedona and more. Its modern interior is only topped by the beautiful backyard, with BBQ Grill and hot tub.
The inside of this property is furnished and decorated in a stylish and modern way. As you enter the property, you step into the big living space composed of:
A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities needed to prepare home cooked meals, including dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, stove and much more, to your left, as well as a dining table with room for four. As you walk further into the space, you will enter the living room. Two cozy reading chairs and an even cozier couch invite you to spend a few relaxing hours, enjoying your favorite shows and streaming services that you can easily access on our smart TV with high tech soundbar, which can also be paired to your personal devices via bluetooth. To complete this set up, we also have a queen sized bed that folds out of the media stand that the soundbar is resting on.
On the ground level you will also find a half bathroom, with attached laundry area, including washer and dryer.
Crossing the living room, you will find the exit to our beautiful backyard, with space for the entire group and lots of things to do. To your left you will find our big BBQ grill with multiple burners, ready to turn your food into a grilled piece of heaven. Close by, we have our hot tub, which will help you relax after a long day of hiking or other adventures. Sit back and let the jets treat your sore muscles!
Moving on we have a wooden play shed for the younger members of your travel group to use, as well as a small sandbox with an assortment of different toys to use as well.
In the back corner of the backyard you will find a nice seating option to enjoy the sun with some chilled drinks, as well as a gas powered fireplace, that you are welcome to use to add some cozy ambience in the evenings.
Furthermore, we have a big outdoor dining table with umbrella stand, which offers enough room for every guest.
Taking the stairs to the top floor, you will reach a small area, equipped with a desk, that you can use as work space. Surrounding this space, we have our three bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower combo.
The master bedroom comes with a king size bed, a flat screen smart TV with soundbar and its own master bathroom with walkin-in shower.
The other two bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds.
Our cancellation policy states that a 100% refund will be given up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that 4% of any cancellation will be withheld to cover credit card processing fees.
No Smoking inside, if smoking outside please clean up after and use caution in dry conditions.
Pets are allowed with a paid pet fee of $75 for up to a 4 night stay with a maximum of two dogs, no cats. Fees can be higher for longer stays. Please message us for rates.
