Spacious 3 BR 3 BA condominium is ideal for a large family offering all of the comforts of home. Comfortably decorated interior with two separate balconies. This unit is located on the east side front stack closest to beach with partial ocean view. The master bedroom has king bed with direct access to private balcony, master bath has whirlpool tub and his and her vanity areas. The second bedroom with private bath has a queen bed and direct access to large balcony. The third bedroom is great for guests or children with two sets of twin bunk beds. (sleeps 4) A full bath is located in the hall next to the third bedroom.
The condo is equipped with New smart TV in living area. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. Wireless internet is available inside the unit and throughout the complex including atrium area and pool deck. A fully equipped fitness center is located on the third floor directly down the hall. Covered parking is available for one car with condo rental with adjacent outside parking for additional guests. We have a security guard on site during the high rental season. We offer 1 set complimentary Beach Chair service through Oct. 31. There is additional umbrella and chair beach service available for rental through Excel Beach Service, we suggest calling ahead.
