Relax at our lake cottage by the woods, snoozing in the sun room or having a glass by the fire. Gut-renovated in 2022, surrounded by a state park in a secure, gated community. The perfect 4-season retreat for endless year-round family-friendly fun. Less than 2h from NYC and Philadelphia. Swim at the pools, kayak at the lakes, hike in the woods, enjoy the local biodiversity. Many attractions within 20min, incl. Camelback Mt. (ski), Kalahari Indoor Water Park/ski resort, Mt Airy Casino, Great Wolf Lodge, Tobyhanna State Park (10 min drive).
The house is located in a gated Community. The Community Association (PCP) requires that all renters must be properly registered in order to gain access to the Community.
★ PCP offers 4 swimming pools (one in H Section/15 minutes walk from our house), playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, 2 lakes (one with a beach/both with kayaks), restaurant/cafe.
★ After a booking is made, the Registration Form will be emailed - it must be signed and ID of the Renter must be attached. Alternatively, guests are to provide their info (names, address and car info) and we will register you in the community.
★ Car gate passes are issued by the Community Security upon arrival at the Entrance Gate. Car gate passes are non-transferable and are issued specifically to the driver of the vehicle.
★ There is free parking in the driveway of the house for up to 3 cars
★ Community amenities are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
★ Amenity badges provide access to the Community amenities including access to beaches, pools, tennis courts, basketball courts and playgrounds. Badges may be purchased at the beaches and pools for a small daily fee (approx. $5/person)

* Do not leave food outside as it might attract wildlife. Please leave all garbage by the white bin at the laundry room and our cleaning service will remove.
* No animals in the house. We have an allergic kid.
* No parties in the house
* No weapons in the house
* the fireplace is functional (gas). Please use responsively.

* the grill is charcoal. We do not provide charcoal. You may use leftovers from previous guests. Make sure you are not starting a fire close/under the trees.
* please turn off all lights, thermostats, fireplace and electronic devices upon your departure or when leaving the house.
* No loud music after 10pm
* only toilet paper is to be flushed.
