Beautiful 2 bed/2 bath ground floor condo with larger patio. This condo is newly renovated and beautifully furnished. Split floor plan with a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom! Huge walk in closet in the master bedroom and both bathrooms have new quartz countertops.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen sink has a Culligan drinking water filtration system connected too!! This unit has a full size washer and dryer located in the main hallway.

Summary: Perfect home away from home easy drive to the best restaurants, Mayo Clinic, and the 101, and easy to get around. The property was clean and everything needed was all right there. Would definitely stay again when in the area.
