The living room has a large screen TV and lots of comfortable seating.
The floors are all hardwood throughout the home.
The primary bedroom has a King size bed, large screen TV and plenty of storage for clothes etc.
The ensuite bathroom features a bidet, with walk in shower.
The Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, a view out into the street and lots of closet space.
The ensuite has a shower/tub combo.
The third bedroom has two single beds.
The kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking needs and is adjacent to the dining room that seats six.
Attached to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The back garden has a lovely sitting area where you can enjoy your meals, cocktails or morning coffee.
The yard is fully enclosed and great for a small pet.
From the Opera House you can walk to the beach at Windansea or take a 10 minute walk into Birdrock or Windansea to enjoy the many restaurants, bakeries and shops.
