Summary: The property location was great and overall the house was nice, however there are maintenance and cleaning issues that need addressed. There are mice in the house and any food left out, bread, cookies or other thing will be visited by them. The hot tube powers kept popping the circuit breaker and the floor of the hot tub felt too hot to the touch. It needs addressed immediately, since it could be signs of electric issues. The stones on the front stoop are loose. The outdoor fire place doesn't work right. It lights by within a few seconds goes off after releasing the switch. It needs someone to fix it that knows what they are dealing with. The house also had ants, you really need to get a regular pest control program going for that house. The towel rack was broken in the family room area bathroom and when we arrived the dishes in the washing machine were dirty and the coffee maker had old coffee and filter in it when we arrived. For the price of rental, one should not expect these issues, someone is not properly checking, inspecting and monitoring the care and preparation of the house before visitor arrive.
