There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out inside this home which also features a large kitchen, full of new appliances and all of the essentials to easily prepare quick snacks or full meals for your family and/or friends.
When it is time to turn in for the night, everyone will sleep peacefully on new beds with new mattresses in each of the bedrooms. This home also boasts a screened, furnished lanai, a private, heated pool and spa, plus a game room with a foosball table in the garage.
Our stunning private pool with attached spa, is surrounded by large hedges to one side, a wall to the other and you'll find a covered lanai and a cooling fan to provide shade from the beautiful Florida sunshine!

Our large open plan living area overlooks the pool and spa with access available via the large patio doors, the room has everything you need, Roku Streaming TV, sofas and seating with lamps too!

Our beautiful, well equipped modern kitchen has everything that you need to make all meals!
There is a Breakfast bar and table for 8.
We boast modern Stainless Steel Appliances: Stove, Microwave, French door refrigerator with automatic water and ice dispenser.
Tableware for 14, Cooking utensils. Coffee maker, kettle, blender & toaster are all available for your use.

Our stunning dining area is situated within the open plan living area with tableware for eight.

Master Bedroom 1:
Located downstairs, A large room that has been furnished well with sturdy bed and plenty of storage.
The large King-size bed has a quality mattress and superior linen, and Smart TV closets and drawer space.

It has a King size bed with a top quality mattress and linen, Smart TV, closet and drawer space.
Suite 3:
Another good size room situated upstairs to the rear of the property.

We have converted the Garage in to a games room, equipped with pool and table football!
We feature a beautiful large pool.
Our home faces East so benefits from being in the sun a lot of the day, but in the height of the afternoon heat and storms we thankfully see some shade!
Our Pool has a maximum depth of 6ft, the adjoining spa can fit up to 6 people in comfort,
The pool can be heated and we recommend this between November and April, the pool heat cost is $35 per night.
The doors that lead on to the pool deck are protected with alarms that will sound once the door has been opened to provide an alert, we prefer this to a pool fence though this can also be arranged should you prefer this.

Outside
Our secure and screened pool area is equipped with a pool and adjoining spa (heating optional), there is a large table with four chairs and six adjustable loungers
The covered lanai is equipped with a large ceiling fan to keep you cool on those hot Florida evenings!
An optional grill can be rented at an additional cost.
Parking.
Our Garage has been converted in to a games room.
We have parking space available for two cars.
We are able to accomodate a van / minibus in one spot (no bigger than a ford transit) and a standard car / SUV in the other.
There is no overnight street parking on Tuscan Hills, so all vehicles have to be accommodated on the driveway.
Internet
Free high speed wifi is provided throughout the home.

An High Chair and Pack and Play is available.

FACILITIES
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit at the time of booking with some of these supplies if you wish.

A clean fee of $200 applies to all bookings.
Pool and Spa heating can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes
The BBQ can be rented for $15 per day (minimum 7 nights)
