Clean 2nd floor condo, quiet street, drive way parking, two decks, and close to the beach!

This second floor condo in the quiet section of Ocean City has everything you would want for your beach vacation. Located in the desirable Gardens section of Ocean City, it is in walking distance to the beach, bay, play ground, and downtown shopping area. Coffee shop and ice cream parlor are with in walking distance. Morningside beach is a 3 to 5 minute bike ride or 10 minute walk and is less crowded than the rest of the island. North Street Beach has a convenient beach grill for food and drinks.

Enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails on the front deck with out worrying about the busy downtown streets.

House has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One car driveway and street parking. Vaulted ceilings in living room, kitchen, and dining area make for great conversation with all guests. Kitchen has all the appliances and supplies you would need while on vacation. Great for families and couples!

The house has recently been updated with all new furniture. Bedroom 1: Master Queen w/ en suite and back deck; Bedroom 2: Queen Bed; Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (full on bottom / twin on top) with fold away twin.

House has two private decks, an outside shower, and shed for all your beach gear.

Ocean City is a great location for families, girls trips, and couple get aways. If a break from the beach is needed, Ocean City is in close proximity to Cape May wineries, breweries, restaurants and is also few exits away from Atlantic City!

Rental includes 4 beach tags. Renters provide their own linens and towels unless requested otherwise.

Summary: Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly with any issues. The two porches were a big plus. Truly enjoyed our stay.
