The place is all yours. The city and our space only allow parking for 1 vehicle and there is no street parking.
The entire property has 2 cabins and 2 separate hot tubs.
We have a free trolley stop steps away near Carl's Jr. and you can find schedule and real-time trolley tracker on the mountain transit website.
In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed outdoor cameras facing the front doors and driveways of the property.
Grill : We provide a propane gas grill, the empty guest is responsible to refill at DIY Home Center or local gas station. Thank you!

HOUSE RULES:
🌲 Guest must sign Renter Agreement and provide a 💳 $250 security deposit credit card hold.
🌲 In-person check-in required for city compliance. We'll guide you through the process, including signing the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy and verifying your 🆔. You'll receive the access code for the Cabin.
🌲 Max 3 guests (including children and infants), 2 dogs, 1 car at any time.
🌲 Clean up after pets, prevent barking, and keep them with you at all times.
🌲 No hot tub use after 🔟pm.
🌲 Please be mindful of noise levels at all times to avoid city fines.
🌲 IN THE WINTER: Plan for potential snow or ice. ❄️ Bring your own firewood. No fires on the morning of check-out.
🌲 We can't honor last-minute weather-related cancellations unless all roads are closed.
🌲 Be prepared for chain requirements and icy roads in winter.
🌲 Snow plowing provided during storms, but please use provided tools to clear pathways and your car, if needed.
