The 3 main bedrooms, living room and dining spaces offer incredible sites of blue seas and skies, while lush landscaping wraps you in privacy and scenery. A large "bonus" room is set up with additional King bed and access to a newly installed private outdoor bathroom. The home has undergone a fresh renovation of kitchen, baths, floors, windows/doors, window coverings, split AC, artwork, furnishings and linens, and is an ideal, comfortable rental for up to 8 guests.

The primary bedroom and en suite bath includes a double sink vanity, soaking tub, shower, HD TV, Apple TV and a comfy sofa for lounging. The guest bath includes a shower stocked with soft designer towels and amenities. From the ocean view front lanai, enjoy outdoor dining, comfortable lounging, lots of privacy and direct beach access. The back lanai offers additional seating, a BBQ and a brand new 9 person Jacuzzi. Conduct your business meetings using the high-speed fiber optic service. Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys are all waiting for your enjoyment. Parking is provided for 2 to 3 vehicles, washer and dryer on site and the home is located at the end of a very private, quiet street just a short distance to the center of Kailua Town.

Reviewer Comments: Absolutely Perfect Kailua Getaway - Our Second Year & Even Better!For the second consecutive year, we had the immense pleasure of spending June and July (2025) at this stunning Kailua house, and it exceeded our already high expectations once again. This is truly a five-star property in every sense.The house itself is incredibly well-maintained and immaculate. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and create such a peaceful, tropical atmosphere. We spent countless hours relaxing in the sparkling hot tub – a definite highlight for us!One noticeable upgrade we loved this year was the new bathroom in the bedroom off the dining room. It's modern and lovely. While the kitchen is a little compact, it is very well-equipped and completely workable for preparing meals during an extended stay.The views of the ocean from the living room are simply breathtaking and never get old – the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening relaxation.What truly sets this property apart, however, is the exceptional responsiveness and service of the property management team. They are incredibly attentive to any need. A perfect example: when we had a minor issue with the dryer, they didn't just fix it – they promptly **replaced the entire washer and dryer set!
