Summary: I've stayed here on multiple occasions. The staff is always friendly and professional. One this occasion, the gentleman at the desk noticed I was limping a little. He suggested I opt for a downstairs room this time to avoid the stairs. Not many would notice; even fewer would care. This is five star service.
