Nice quiet complex close to everything including Mesa Community College and Banner Health Hospital. This gated community has 4 pools, a jacuzzi tub and two tennis courts. This 2 bedroom and 2 bath rental includes the entire condo unit as it's not shared with anyone else. This ground floor unit has been fully renovated and includes a full size washer/dryer, new kitchen appliances and new AC unit. I live here part of the year, but Alaska is my home. This unit is very comfortable and has good quality kitchen pots and pans for those who like to cook.
Before I can preapprove anyone, I need some basic information completed (name, home address, cell phone number, email, drivers license copy) and info sent to my email. This condo is part of a HOA and it requires a background and reference check. Minimum stay is 30 days, but I will rent up to 6 months.
