This is a renovated basement apartment (ceilings are low, 6' 2") in our historic bungalow in the Mapleton Hill neighborhood. A 10 minute walk to downtown pearl st, as well as the Mt Sanitas trailhead puts you in an ideal location to experience some of the best that Boulder has to offer. You have your own private entrance in the back of our house accessed by a brick path, and the apartment is locked off from the upstairs of our house and is totally private, non-lived in space. My wife Sarah and I live upstairs with our cat, Petunia, and are happy to help you with anything you need to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

Summary: Duncan was communicative and allowed us to arrive late, plus the location was great, but we were disappointed by the cleanliness. Shower curtain needs to be changed - had a lot of mildew on the bottom; lots of dust and cobwebs; some utensils in the kitchen were dirty; baseboards roughed up. Needs a little love and a good cleaning.
