Positive: Christy was awesome and super helpful. Breakfast was pretty decent and free, along with the parking.

Negative: The person who checked me in, MyKel, could use more training in greeting customers and providing better service. I stood there for about four minutes waiting for him to acknowledge me and check me in. When he finally stopped what he was doing, he just stood there staring at me, so I asked, “Are you ready now?” The hotel itself could use some work, especially the elevator and the hallway carpets, which need a bit more attention. When I walked into my room, there was a weird smell, but I cleaned it up and freshened things up. The room seemed clean, but it was lacking some kitchen essentials.

Summary: Overall, I’d stay here again if I had to, but I’d probably pick a different location next time.
